很早就听说青岛建新的滑板场了，虽然我是青岛人，但是却一直没有机会一睹真容。趁着回家过年赶紧去喽一眼。青岛应该是国内最早有滑板场的城市之一，九十年代末青岛的第一个滑板场也是在汇泉广场！真是历史的巧合。这个板场是社会福利彩票和青岛英派斯公司合作的产物，很高兴可以看到福利彩票这种机构可以给滑板人作些事情。其实几年前英派斯也曾经建过一个滑板场在青岛，但因为建造的位置在居民区，附近居民投诉扰民，后来板场还没有投入使用就关门了。这个板场的设计就不多说了，大家都明白了吧，和之前国内的多个板场都是出自一家之手啦。

汇泉广场和汇泉王朝大酒店在青岛没有人不知道，找到这里自然也就找到了滑板场。

这个板场和青岛第一个滑板场的位置只有一街之隔，冥冥之中注定这里就是修板场的宝地？

yea totally no what your saying i went to a park on the 5th ring the other day its in a private cominuty it has like a 1 meter wide bowl that is juat basically a hole in the ground that they have poured concrete in and the shitest looking vert ramp i have ever seen
Ye lets hope we can afford the tickets. The problem is as well, there isn't a long history of skateparks in China so when when it comes to skatepark design the Chinese skaters also don't know too much about designing parks. I've skated a few terrible things designed by skaters eg a 3 foot high mini that went straight to vert.
the problem is they build these things to far out the way where its difficult for peeps to get to so noone skates them i dont think there is much skater input going into it its just like yea we have this mouch money and this piece of land in the middle of nowhere is free lets stick it there bobtown i was actually talking about the mini in chanzhou islan guanzhou sorry mate if i confused u your right the mini in the place your on about aint all that but its still ok nothing special i must admit i was a little disipointed with it the first time i drove down there but like i say when there is nothing else to compare it with then its not so bad all i can say is roll on woodward then we can all bitch how narly that place is will will proberly all be saying its to good lol
This miniramp in Qingdao looks better than Changzhou one, the park is better than nothing for the skaters, it just sucks when you negotiate with this city to build the skatepark for 2 years after many meetings and weekly phone calls then they burn you at the last minute.
I don't want to call you a liar Jamie but I skated that Changzhou park and that mini was kinked as fuck and not wide enough to do real grinds. And the vert extention was pretty much a 6 inch block stuck on top of a transition. I agree the park in Qingdao looks pretty well made but thats what i thought about Changzhou before I skated there.
everyone seems to slate these parks but thats proberly coz they dont ride mini i skated the park in chanzhou for a year and was a nice park mini was smooth and easy to ride that company may not have the best design as in layout but the stuff they build aint that bad and its defently better than nothing that mini and spine defently looks like the best one i have seen so far tho i bet you could have a really good session on that
is the quater pipe in the last picture still there because that spot looks amazing and the picture is sick thats the higest fs kickturn ive seen by a chinese skater

The guys from Dongtai made it, they made the Changzhou park, its a complete copy of nanjing Skatepark, we were meant to design and build
it but the construction company wanted to save a few $ and went for a out dated design and poor quality built park.

that park is looking just like the ard designs, nanjing-hk. but it has a few extras which look good.just a shame that u dont really get to skate something new-rather just the same things a few 1000km apart. the mini/spine looks way better than nanjing though-it appears that there is no lake waiting to swallow your board
and hey-it aint just china, they did the same shit back home with parks, they learn in the end-but waste a lot of time and money in the process
and jamie-the changzhou park bobtown is a diff one so dont stress
