Haroshi's new artwork Made for the Scope Show at Art Basel 2012, the feet sculptures wearing transparent shoes each.
After getting sneak peeks on Haroshi's Instagram for the past week, we finally get a complete look at the feet sculptures wearing transparent shoes each. Just as his multi-coloured sculptures are all made from recycled skateboards, the transparent sneakers take after the form of skate shoes.
Made for the Scope Show at Art Basel 2012, the sculptures are now exhibiting at Jonathan LeVine Gallery from 12-17 June in New York.
The six sculptures are made of horizontal or vertical planks or a pile of compressed wood strips that are intentionally stacked in opposing directions. Also, the transparent skate shoes include brands like Nike and HUF.
