China has been accepted as affiliate member of the World Snowboard Federation.
The newly formed China SNOWboard Association will be formerly introduced at ISPO Beijing, and will start operations in the 2014 winter season.
All our efforts are streamlined to provide a platform for all participants in the snowboard industry in China, to progress and drive the sport we love!
(2013年2月21日),世界单板联盟宣布,CSbA(中国单板协会)已成为世界单板联盟的会员之一。除中国外,新的成员国还包括南非,保加利亚和立陶宛。官方投票将于2013年捷克布拉克的世界单板联盟会员大会期间举行。同五大洲的41个会员一起,世界单板联盟正致力于发展全球各地的单板滑雪运动。

资深单板运动员王磊,正全力投入在日益发展的世界滑雪产业中推动中国单板滑雪。
除了为推广单板滑雪提供一个全面的平台,CSbA(中国单板协会)也将建立和完善滑雪教练资格认证体系列为职责之一,同时将会和IJC(国际裁判委员会)合作,在中国为出色裁判员建立相关机构。

Chinas most influential rider to patron the China SNOWboard Association
(February 21, 2013), The WSF announced that the China SNOWboard Association, CSbA (中国单板协会) is now an affiliated member of the World Snowboard Federation (WSF).
Besides China, new affiliated member countries include South Africa, Bulgaria and Lithuania.
The official voting for membership will take place during the 2013 General Assembly of the WSF in Prague, CZE. With 41 members on five continents, WSF is steadily working on developing snowboarding in all parts of the globe. Industry veteran Wang Lei will be spearheading all efforts to support WSF’s activities in China.
Besides providing an overall platform to progress the sport, responsibilities of the China SNOWboard Association, CSbA (中国单板协会) will include the development and implementation of instructor and coach certifications, as well as working closely with IJC to hold clinics in the region for aspiring judges.
Above all, CSbA is looking forward to support up and coming riders:

Holding a World Rookie Tour event and other TTR sanctioned events for the local community in China in the near future gives us a promising kickstart.” comments Wang Lei, President of CSbA, on the latest efforts in pushing Chinas presence in an evergrowing global Snowboarding Circuit.
