Half Cab简介

Half Cab是传奇滑手Steve Caballero在1992年推出的第二代Vans签名款滑板鞋，当时Steve看到很多滑手喜欢把他的第一代滑板鞋款The Cab（高帮）在鞋帮处剪开使之成为更为舒适的中帮滑板鞋，通过亲身尝试以后Steve Caballero向Vans表示想要制造一款更适合大众滑板的中帮滑板鞋。而不久之后，这一影响至今的经典鞋款Half Cab也就应运而生了。
Vans Half Cab was Steve Caballero's second signature shoe offered from Vans in 1992. This shoe came out immediately after Caballero noticed his first signature and first signature skate shoe released in America, the Cab, was being cut in half into a mid top by street skaters. He decided to try it out for himself, and within a few months he went into Vans to pitch the idea for a mid top version of his shoe. This led to the birth of the Vans style 33, or the Half Cab.
