Last night, May 9, 2013, skateboarding’s legends loomed large as the 2013 Skateboarding Hall of Fame induction took over the Sheridan Park Hotel in Anaheim, California. Skateboarding’s icons, stars, and future invaded a ballroom normally reserved for buttoned-down conventions just on the border of Disneyland to celebrate those that paved the way, that made the sport what it is, and helped provide the opportunity for everyone in the industry to live their dreams.

This year’s awards, which were put on by IASC following the first day of its 2013 Skate Summit, drew over 400 people who came to honor ten inductees.

This year’s Icon Awards, which honors the sport’s greatest influencers, went to photographer Warren Bolster, NHS, Inc.; and Devo, who all helped shape the sport as we know it.

The skaters immortalized in the Hall of Fame this year were
