Clash the Wall. Spanning 160 ft long and 30 ft tall, Vans constructed a skateable installation in Downtown Los Angeles, designed by PLAYLAB, INC. in collaboration with Sterling Ruby.
Inspired by the the steep incline hills made famous by San Francisco skateboarding, the structure reflects the “Clash the Wall” silhouette’s design — with split-level ramps and a bold, neon finish.
In cooperation with California Skate Parks, the structure was constructed using repurposed materials.
