Woodward落户大兴(Woodward Comes To China!)

大兴区政府宣布，国内首座以极限运动为主的时尚体育公园将落户大兴。该公园由美国伍得沃德（WOODWARD）营地有限公司和北京兴邑世纪国际新媒体产业投资有限公司投资1.5亿元建设，计划于明年7月1日开园。该项目位于大兴区半壁店森林公园内，占地3000亩。园内可进行公园滑板、U池滑板、BMX小轮自行车、泥地小轮自行车、女子体操、蹦床等运动项目。大家注意，这个公园又是中国政府投资，不是美国woodward投资，哎，1.5个亿，中国政府搞面子工程从来不缺钱，希望不要再成为上海SMP第二。
China government will spend 150,000,000RMB to build a big skatepark in Daxing, Beijing with Woodward. the park will be open at July 2009.It looks like China is soooo rich, even better than U.S. Is it true? yes, China government is rich but Chinese people is poor... ...

Hey guys, just got back from WoodWard East. Place is sooooo sick. Word is that the the indoor facility on Woodward DaXing is already being built. The bowl builders will be over in August/September to start construction on the outdoor courses. Likely looking at an October FULL opening. But I think there will be parts to skate before then-

Where will be located the park? Is it going to be indoor or outdoor?

  it located at south of Beijing, out of six ring road. near by Beijing Natural Animal Zoo. I think it will be both indoor and outdoor.

I still do not have any info about the design. but I am sure the design has already finished and the park will be start to build very soon.

Ive always dreamed of going to woodward!and anything to get me away from smp would be great!!!!any news on designs yet?

can't wait... i hope the daxing subway line i think done in 2010 or 2012 will make it out there so we don;t have to travel 2 hours to all the others
